Money Goals – Reach Your Goals with a Strong Vision
Money – I’ve often heard coaches teach of using visuals to keep their clients focused. You know, like pictures on your fridge, near your computer that inspire you to stay focused on your goals like losing weight or keeping your home clutter free but why not a vision board for your financial goals.
Somehow this escaped me. I read on Journey to Freedom about staying on target with a vision board and I have to say, I want to create my own. Of course, my goals aren’t majestic in any form or fashion but there really are things I want to achieve both with my debt free goals but also my life goals that involve money.
I remember being 19 living in the dorm at nursing school in 1980 with a picture of a sleek jaguar driving around mountain curves … taped up on my dorm room wall. For some reason, I took it down. I’ve never owned a new car. Now that I am thinking about what I want – a new car isn’t on the list anymore but the fact is … I had a dream then stopped working toward it. Now I have different dreams (being debt free is one of them!) so I will start working on my own vision board – financial vision. Do you have your own vision board?
